All nail sets are custom-made to order based on the sizes and styles you select.

Nail sets are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

We highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit or referring to the size guide before placing your order. Made By T is not responsible for sizing errors made by the customer.

All apparel and accessories are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged due to incorrect sizing.

Items that are personalised or custom-designed (e.g. names, initials, specific requests) are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances — unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Shipping address

• Order number

• Date of delivery

• Reason for return

• Clear photos of the damaged/faulty item
