🛑 Order Changes & Cancellations Policy
At Made By T, all items are handmade or custom-processed, which means once an order is in progress, changes are limited. Please read the policy below before placing your order.

✏️ Order Changes
• Changes to your order (e.g. nail sizes, design selections, shipping address) can only be made within 12 hours of purchase.
• After 12 hours, your order may already be in production and no further changes can be guaranteed.
• For any urgent edits, please email us immediately at MadeByT2023@gmail.com with your order number and requested change. We’ll do our best to accommodate if production has not yet begun.

❌ Order Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase — no questions asked.
• After 12 hours, cancellations are not permitted as materials may have been sourced or work may have already started.
• Custom or personalised orders (e.g. name designs, custom artwork) are not eligible for cancellation after purchase under any circumstances.

• Refunds are not issued for late cancellation requests, incorrect sizing, or change of mind once an order is in progress.
• Please double-check all order details before checking out, including sizes, product choices, shipping address, and any customisations.
