• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at any time for any reason (e.g. abusive language, fraud risk, etc.).

📏 Sizing & Responsibility
• It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size and enter accurate information at checkout.
• Incorrect sizing is not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please refer to our size guide or purchase a sizing kit before ordering.

🔄 Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
• Due to the handmade/custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
• We will offer replacements or refunds only if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, and the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.

• We offer flat-rate shipping options, both domestically and internationally. Once your order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
