• All press-on nails are handmade to order based on the sizes you provide.

• To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend purchasing a sizing kit or referring to our online size guide before ordering.

• Made By T is not responsible for sizing errors submitted by the customer. Refunds and exchanges will not be offered for incorrect sizing.

🧾 Custom Nail Orders

• Custom sets include your chosen shape, length, and design preferences. Some designs may feature artistic variation due to the handmade nature of each set.

• Custom and personalised nail sets (e.g. names, initials, one-off designs) are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect.

👕 Apparel, Hats & Accessories

• Apparel, hats, and accessories are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.

• Sizing varies by item — please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order.

• Personalised apparel or accessories (e.g. name embroidery, custom phrases) are non-refundable unless faulty.
