All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

 

 

 

📍 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

 

 

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10 AUD

• Express Shipping: Flat rate of $15 AUD

 

 

All domestic orders are sent with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

 

 

 

🌎 International Shipping

 

 

We offer flat-rate international shipping to selected countries:

 

• Standard International Shipping: $15 AUD

• Express International Shipping: $25 AUD

 

 

Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on your location. All international orders include tracking.

• Made By T is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they have been shipped.

• If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local postal service first. We will do our best to help, but responsibility lies with the carrier once the order has left our hands.
